Terms of Service

Last updated: March 29, 2026

By accessing or using Cheabers at cheapubers.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. See also our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Cheabers provides tools to request and coordinate ride-related services. Rides may be fulfilled by independent third parties or platforms (for example, rideshare networks such as Uber). Cheabers is not a transportation carrier; we do not employ drivers and are not responsible for third parties’ conduct, availability, pricing on third-party platforms, or compliance with local regulations by those parties.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm others;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or overload systems, or circumvent security;
  • Misrepresent your identity or misuse referral or promotional programs;
  • Interfere with other users’ use of the Service or with partners’ operations.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service or others.

4. Pricing, payment, and fulfillment

Prices, fees, and payment timing are shown or communicated in the booking flow or by our team where applicable. You authorize charges as described at checkout or in order communications. Final charges may depend on third-party fulfillment, route, wait time, tolls, or adjustments disclosed in the flow. Disputes about charges should be directed to us promptly through support channels.

5. Referrals and partners

Referral links and partner programs are subject to program rules we publish or communicate. Attribution is tracked as described in our Privacy Policy. We may change or end programs; estimates or dashboards are for informational use unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEABERS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO CHEABERS FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

8. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Cheabers and its affiliates against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different rule applies in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived. Courts in Delaware (or another forum we specify in a future update) have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections in your country may still apply.

10. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

11. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact us through the channels listed on cheapubers.com or the support email published there.

These Terms are a practical template for early-stage use. They are not a substitute for legal advice. Have counsel review them for your jurisdictions, insurance, partnerships, and payment flows before scaling.
